The location is amazing. We found it convenient. my room was a junior suite canal view and it was spacious. the in-room breakfast service was a real treat. i especially appreciated raffael's help each morning, he started my days off right!

the shower was a bit narrow, making it slightly difficult to move around.

I thought location rocks, very close to st marks basilica! the view of the bridge of sighs from my room, its amazing. breakfast gets delivered to the room. It was great.

Air conditioning did not work proper and the room got hot. mosquitos was also a problem. i did have allergic reactions. Maybe from dust.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. raffaele served breakfast in my room and was always cheerful and ready to assist with restaurant suggestions. i also appreciated the location. It was a short walk to st mark's square and close to shopping and dining options.

the air conditioning wasn't working perfectly , and the room felt a little too warm at times.
